In this space, functionality and style are the main goals. One recommended way to increase the ROI of bathroom remodels is to improve layout. We focused on updating the ensuite layout to highlight the beautiful glass walk-in shower focal point, and create a more open and natural flowing space.
This space is in the process of a complete transformation! All plumbing has been redone to move the toilet and shower. The drain has been removed from the old bathtub, and the electrical has been moved with new pot lights installed. The new walk-in shower has passed our 24 hour leak test, and new tiling can now be laid. The door was also moved and replaced with a stylish new barn door.
