Mark did a fabulous job doing a custom door installation for us - we couldn’t be happier! He took care of removing the old, broken folding door and picked up, built, and then installed our beautiful new frosted glass door, frame, and hardware. We had our kitchen and 5 bathrooms tiling re done by 1364 services and they did a fantastic job. They came in the same week we contacted them and worked fast, very clean and super professional job. Will be hiring again!

I had both my family bathroom and ensuite refurbished at the same time as they dated back to at least the 80s; and probably the 70s. Mark and Richard did their utmost to make it all go smoothly. There were a couple of hiccups along the way which were beyond their control, but these were sorted out quickly and efficiently. All involved went out of their way to make sure I was happy at every stage of the process. I am really pleased with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending 1364. Thank you team!

What a great experience it was working with 1364! I'm sure I"m not alone when I say it's hard to find a good and trustworthy contractor and find one we did. We partnered with 1364 for a renovation of one of our living room walls and the creation of a new bedroom in our basement. From start to finish, they were amazing to work with. They always left the job site clean at the end of the day and the quality of the work was excellent. The team was easy to work with, good communication throughout. My wife and I hired 1364 Services to renovate our ensuite. We had 5 companies come in to do estimates. 1364 estimate was the most detailed and as it turns out, very accurate, so there were no surprises. The project took approximately 6 weeks and the results are amazing. Every trades person and worker who came into our home, were professional and hard working. Mark and his team are very hands on communicate every step. I was travelling during part of my bathroom renovation and Mark even accepted product deliveries to his place. They take care while working in your house and kept a very clean work area which I appreciated. With projects, you need to be flexible and 1364 was just that. There were some design challenges and errors but we worked through that with open communication and problem solving. The level of detail and finishing of the project was impeccable and I appreciated the initiative of the team. 1364 will give you great craftsmanship and friendly service. I have one more major bathroom renovation to complete, and I'm looking forward to using their services again.

Judy and I are very happy with the approach and results by 1364 Services to renovate our master and guest bathrooms. We appreciated the full-service team approach from design and materials procurement to tear down, rebuild and final commission. The project was well managed and worked by very capable trades. There were no unreasonable service gaps, nor unwarranted extras. Throughout we were fully engaged in design, material and construction decisions, and received many good ideas that you should expect from an experienced team. We have future renovation plans and will be using 1364 Services again.

Great experience with 1364 Services. We had a flooring project with them on very short notice, with tight deadlines and strict strata requirements, and they handled it flawlessly.
