What to expect
Your Renovation Vision
We start with an initial consultation. What kind of renovation are you envisioning? Tell us everything!
We love to hear what you have in mind for your kitchen, bathroom, basement, or other living areas. Looking for an outdoor deck? New flooring in the hallway?
There are as many projects as there are homes. Our team of experienced and talented designers, tradespeople, and project managers has seen and done it all.
Design The Project Plan
As general contractors, we understand the importance of the initial planning stages as the foundation for a successful and stress-free renovation process.
We’ll map out the timeline, materials, cost, and schedule to complete your renovation, then present you with a contract to approve. Once approved, a 10% deposit secures your spot on our schedule.
Renovation Construction
The fun part! We accompany you to select the perfect fixtures and hardware, ensuring every detail matches your vision. We take care of any sub-contractor hirings needed, and all building permit applications and fees are completed by our team.
You’ll find your project well-organized with a focus on time management and smooth workflow. Two instalment payments of 40% will be due — prior to ordering materials, and once a completion date is agreed upon.
Transformation Complete
We’ll do a complete walk-through, noting any issues or deficiencies, and we’ll do a final clean-up of the site. The final payment is due. Enjoy your new space including our lifetime warranty package from Schluter products.
