The owner of this Aldergrove townhome was preparing to sell and wanted to update the unit in order to maximize resale value.

We focused on the Kitchen, flooring, stairwell and main bathroom.

Kitchen

New cabinets with granite countertops. Under mount sink and new faucet. Updated lighting, new microwave mounted over the stove to free up counter space.

Upstairs main bathroom

New cabinets with under mount sinks and countertops, new vanity lighting, new bathtub, shower diverter and tile.

Powder room

New toilet with water-saving, maximum flush! New cabinets, under-mount sink, faucet, vanity light, and mirror.

Throughout the whole unit

New laminate flooring and updated baseboards to add a modern look.

In the stairwell we installed new hand railings, a chandelier and modernized trim

The entire unit was painted with updated colours, including doors and all trim.
