Entryway & Kitchen Updates
In the entryway, one of our main projects has been the fireplace refurbishment. For this project, we removed the hearth in favour of a vinyl plank. We also removed dated tiling and replaced the sconces for a more modern look.
We also updated the flooring, skirting board and light fixtures including the focal point chandelier. On the stairs, the railing and carpet are being replaced. The alcove by the door was filled in for a cleaner look, and the AC system controller is easily accessible to our clients outside the kitchen.
We also updated the lights in the upstairs kitchen for a more modern, glam look! The main appliance change upstairs was from an electric stove, to a brand new gas stove.
